“My people are suffering. I am suffering. Right now it’s all about creating a pandemic-proof business so that regardless of what happens, what phase we’re in, whatever’s going on, me and my community will always be cared for and provided for,” she said. “This is about financial security. . . this is about giving folks lots of skills and setting everyone up for success.” -Goddess Briq House, The Stranger

The tea

The Bikini Barista industry has always been rooted in white, cis-gender beauty and body standards. These standards include, but are not limited to, racist, homophobic, elitist, transphobic, ableist, whorephobic, and fatphobic views. Until now!

The mission

Fellow Hottie Entrepreneur @mxsamiam and I are changing the face of the Bikini Barista industry. We are creating a BRAND NEW, BLACK AND QUEER OWNED Bikini Barista stand that will serve and celebrate ALL of the Universe’s divine beings. We need your love to help make it happen.

Sam is a nonbinary Bikini Barista and Business Daddy who dreams of being able to proudly show off their top surgery scars at work some day.

I am Goddess Briq House, a Black, Queer, Erotic Entrepreneur always dreaming up new ways to uplift the people. It’s been a long-standing dream of mine to own a Bikini Barista Franchise where people who look like me can work, thrive, be protected and cared for in a safe environment.

The situation

After working in the Bikini Barista industry, and seeing it's exclusive nature, Sam bought an espresso trailer with the hopes of converting it into their very own coffee stand, inclusive of all body types & identities. Due to a change in family structure that necessitates Sam moving to California, the coffee trailer needs to be sold and Sam is needing some funds.
As fate would have it I, @ms.briqhouse , am looking to buy!

How you can help

With your support, I will be able to purchase the trailer from Sam, in addition to handling other business expenses.

It's no coincidence that Sam is selling to me. This is a deliberate choice of solidarity between two Queer folks, a choice to share resources within community. By giving to and sharing our campaign, you'll become part of this magical communal process. Bringing a Black-owned Business that provides employment opportunities, visibility, and nourishment to our communities into existence.

Thank you for joining us in abandoning white white body standards and creating a Black and Queer-owned coffee oasis! Check the links and tags below for our information, as well as other ways to support.
