Objective: To collectively tap into our individual supplies of magic to strengthen our relationship with our Temples (Body) from a Body Positive and Sex Positive lens.

Description: Much like Sexuality and Gender, our experiences with messaging we’ve received around our bodies exists on a very wide spectrum. Over time, the impacts from these internal and/or external messages start to shape the way we see ourselves and others.

Your Intuitive guide Goddess Briq House will aid you in harnessing the healing power of mindfulness, touch, and movement to address the emotional and physical places within our bodies that are in need of attention, care, and reconciliation.

This sacred space is open to humans of all genders, sexualities, and identities.

Accessibility:

Folks of all sizes, shades, and genders are welcomed and encouraged to come.

The teachings can and will be modified for folks with varying physical as well as neurodiverse needs. If you require such modifications please email GoddessBriqHouse@gmail.com prior to event day so she can make her best effort to accommodate.

There is a parking lot on site. No stairs to get into workshop space. Accessible all gender restrooms available.

Instructor Suggested things to bring:

*Personal Water Bottle

*Notepad and pen or other note taking instruments

*Comfy clothes and shoes you feel sexy/confident in, no shoes is fine too

*Knee pads, back pillows, canes, or other support items for your accessibility needs.

*A comfort item- exp: stuffed animal, blanket, fidget spinner

*Yoga mat, towels, or other items you can lay on, coats are fine too

*Facial Tissue

*Layers that can easily be stripped off, ie: scarves, robes, jackets or sweaters that zip, loose fitting or stretchy pants with wide bottoms, skirts, loose dresses, etc.

*Open Mindedness, and a willingness to be vulnerable with your classmates

Her monthly Burlesque production (co produced with Sin de la Rosa) The Sunday Night Shuga Shaq is the longest running monthly all BIPOC Burlesque Revue in the PNW.

Her quarterly event - Quink Social Club: A kink friendly social exclusively for People of Color is the longest running all BIPOC kink/sex educational event in the PNW.
