While this particular event is open to humans of all Shades, Shapes, Sizes, and abilities, all events by Briq House Ent are BIPOC centered. This means while non BIPOC folks are welcome to attend the expectation is for folks to be midful of the space they take up and always move through the space with respect and consideration of the privliges you hold.

NO Scat play, water sports or fire play. Absolutely no Impact Play by Non BIPOC folks in a Top/Dom position except with other Non BIPOC folks.
DRESS CODE
Fetish gear, fantasy wear, lingerie, and sexy clothing are highly encouraged. Free yourself! While dressing up is encouraged it is not required. Please wear whatever makes you feel wonderful. Please allow others to do the same without passing judgment.
COVID TESTING AND SAFETY
Covid tests are encouraged for this event, take an at home test within 48 hours prior to attending this event, take a pic or screenshot of your negative result. We also strongly encourage folks to wear a mask at this event unless you are actively eating someone or something. We’ve been in this long enough, y’all know how to wear a mask over your nose and mouth. Also if you just ain’t feeling good, it’s OK and imperative that you sit this one out.
Kink spaces are traditionally very sanitary spaces so we ask that you remember to always disinfect a space before and after use as well as utilize the puppy pads, gloves, condoms, and hand sanitizer we make available. You are also always invited to bring your own clean sheets, towels, blankets etc to use as well.

The private venue located in Capitol Hill Seattle has an ADA-approved entrance, elevator access, and two ADA-accessible bathrooms.

Normally, a Volunteer will be waiting for you at this gate to let you in. Volunteers make sure you are here for an event (RSVP check) and check that you are at least 18 years old. This may create a small wait if you are with the initial burst of attendees. If you have trouble standing or waiting in a line, please go around the line and ask for assistance from the volunteers. Our venue will not host large (70+ people) events, so this line should never be long. If you are unable to continue waiting, please politely go around the line and ask for help
There is a slight ramp at the front entrance which leads to a flat common area where our Elevator exists
